<<My old copy of the Ilford Manual of Photography lists the following recipe for MM-1 monobath:
Sodium sulfite, anhyd. 50 g Phenidone 4 g Hydroquinone 12 g Sodium hydroxide 4 g Sodium thiosulfate, cryst. 110 g Gluteraldehyde (25% solution) 8 ml Water to make 1 liter
"After the addition of the Phenidone add a pinch of hydroquinone followed by the sodium hydroxide. The Phenidone will then dissolve completely, the small amount of hydroquinone helps prevent the oxidation of the Phenidone. Then add the remainder of the hydroquinone and the other chemicals in the order given.
"Process films for 7 minutes at 24°C. >>
Ilford MM-1 monobath. (?)
