Je livre à votre sagacité la citation suivante, trouvée sur le site du photographe John Davies, que l'on ne peut pas soupçonner d'ignorance en la matière :
The size of the negative can make a big difference to the quality of the image. However, the biggest is not always the best. Size for size and all things being equal, the 120 roll film can give much finer grain and sharper image detail than 35mm or 5x4in. sheet film. This is true of both colour and B&W 120 film. The 120 film has a much thinner gelatin base which minimises refraction - the scattering of light between the layers of the film.
On pourrait aussi parler de la planéité - nous l'avons déjà fait. Disons que ça me "console" de mon choix du 120.
Et surtout, n'allez pas vous déchirer pour savoir qui a raison !!! :-)
